Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom SPLIT, Breakup Confirmed2:01
Is it just me or does it feel like Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom just started dating? It has been a little less than a year since the couple got together, but the __news has broken: They have now split. I have to say, the signs were there. They hadn't been seen together for weeks. Then they were spotted together Sunday, after the Oscars, inside the Vanity Fair Oscars party. BUT, sources said the couple hardly spoke to one-another- just posed for a photo or two, and then spent the rest of the time mingling with their own, respective friends. Again, you guys know me, I read way too much into these things, but can I show you the photo Orlando posted to his Instagram just the day before? This cute pic with his dog, and it says, "A mighty heart." Do you think there's a double meaning there? Maybe something along the lines of- Katy, even though we're taking a break, I have a mighty heart and am strong enough to wait for you? Or maybe it's as simple as- I have a cute dog, so don't you want to get back together with me? Here's what I think- Katy has been super busy with her return to music. She's been performing and promoting her new single, "Chained to the Rhythm," at the Grammys, and then in the UK at the Brit Awards. While Orlando has been working for UNICEF and traveling all over the world himself. So I get- just like 90% of the time with celebrity breakups- I'm sure the reason for this split is their "conflicting schedules." Oh wait guys, we actually have an official statement from both their reps about their breakup, released to People Magazine. It says, "Before rumors or falsifications get out of hand, we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time." Well that tells us nothing. So lets just keep speculating on our own then, shall we? Why do you guys think Katy and Orlando broke up? Let us know in the comments below.

EVERYONE deals with a breakup in different ways.
Whether it’s binge eating chocolate, sobbing through romantic movies or burning your ex’s possessions, everyone has a different coping mechanism.
Katy Perry, who announced her split from actor Orlando Bloom last week, seems to have taken the makeover route, deciding to cut off the majority of her hair.
The Chained to the Rhythm singer posted a video to her Instagram on Friday captioning it with ‘I WASN’T READY TILL (sic) NOW’ as she showed off her new do.
I WASNT READY TILL NOW
Appearing at today’s iHeart Radio Awards, radio host Elvis Duran commented on the huge amount of attention surrounding her haircut.
“Well yeah, if you’re going this extreme it should, hello! I’m trying to get more attention,” she joked.

“You can just grow it back. Honestly, I tried to take platinum and I had a lot of breakage. I always wanted to have that pixie haircut so I said, ‘Let’s just go for it’.
“I want to redefine what it means to be feminine,” Perry added.

The singer started dating Bloom back in January last year but announced their split last week in a joint statement to Us Weekly .
“Before rumours or falsifications get out of hand we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time,” the statement said.
Their decision to break up came less than 48 hours after the pair were photographed smiling together at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.
Clearly sick of the speculation around why the couple decided to end their relationship, Perry tweeted on Friday that “no one’s a victim or a villain”.
HOW BOUT A NEW WAY OF THINKING FOR 2017⁉️U can still b friends & love ur former partners! No one's a victim or a villain, get a life y'all!😘
