Craziest Reactions to 2017 Oscar Best Picture FAIL2:42
Clean-up on aisle Oscar, I repeat clean-up on aisle Oscar please! Oh yeah, that was exactly what Price Waterhouse Cooper was doing last night and this AM after one of the BIGGEST Fails in Oscar History! So, if you haven?t heard yet, La La Land was incorrectly announced by Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway for Best Picture when in actuality Moonlight won for best picture! During the tail end of all the heartfelt speeches from the La La Land cast and crew, that?s when it was announced ?Moonlight? was in fact the BIG winner of best picture, NOT LA LA LAND!! And man oh man did the internet just go absolutely freaking insane over this ?Oh Sh*t? moment! The Hollywood Reporter added the Michael Jordan crying face to Gosling and Stone?s characters on the poster for ?La La Land? and stated the obvious: ?Massive Best picture mistakes becomes Internet gold.? Kristie L used this candid shot to say, ?When everything goes to hell #Oscars.? Meryl?s face, I cannot handle it!!!! Miss Universe is now seeing the funny side to Steve Harvey?s epic fail a few years back and tweeted: ?Have your people call our people. We know what to do!? Of course everyone jumped at this opportunity to poke fun at this year?s election and throw shade at POTUS! Family guy creator Seth McFarlane said, ?You know what the problem is ? Millions of Academy members voted illegally. Most nights, I have a dream in which just happened at the #Oscars actually happened on election night.? Yeah, it was brutal and surprisingly @realDonaldTrump hasn?t said A WORD!!!! I hope he?s doing okay, health wise, this is very much unlike him. So now that this has gone down in history, PWC the company in charge of tallying Oscar votes released this statement: ?We sincerely apologize to Moonlight, La La Land, Warren Beatty, Faye Dunaway, and Oscar viewers for the error that was made during the award announcement for Best Picture, the presenters had mistakenly been given the wrong category envelope and when discovered, was immediately corrected. We are currently investigating how this could have happened, and deeply regret that this occurred.? So Warren and Faye, you?re clear of all charges for conspiring to make LaLa Land this year?s best picture! Also, we know you were just doing your job, standing there and lookin? pretty! Even past nominees commented on the trainwreck? ?Selma?s? David Oyelowo told USA Today: ?I would not wish that situation on my worst enemy, That was a tough way to find that you lost and a tough way to find out that you won.? This is true, but you know what winning 6 of the 14 awards you were nominated for isn?t a bad way to go out, and let?s be real, the underdog MUST come out victorious from time to time, and that?s exactly what happened last night! What do you think about this epic mix-up, are you pissed La La had it?s golden statue taken away, or ecstatic for Moonlight? Let me know in the comments below!

WHEN actors Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway mistakenly awarded La La Land the Oscar for Best Picture, millions had a flashback to Steve Harvey’s Miss Universe gaffe.
While hosting the 2015 pageant show, Harvey wrongfully awarded Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, the coveted crown — later realising it was actually Miss Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach, who had won.

And the host clearly understood what the two presenters were going through hilariously tweeting at Beatty when the awards finished.

While it was later proved that the PricewaterhouseCoopers accountants were actually at fault for the Oscars mixup, Harvey didn’t have the same luxury.
Calling it “an honest mistake” at the time, Harvey admitted he had read the card wrong.
In an interview with Cigar Aficionado, the host recounted the drastic measures he had to resort to after the 2015 awards.
“I live on a dead-end street — and it got real when things started coming over the gate. Empty boxes with bows and pictures of bombs,” he recalled.
“And these with death threats on social media that would pop up from fake IP addresses. I wound up with 24-hour armed security at my house. I have two armed guards there fulltime to this day.”

Despite it being over a year since the incident, Harvey admitted he has zero plans of heading to Colombia anytime soon.
“In the Philippines, they love me — but I can’t go to Colombia,” he said.
The morning after his mistake, “there was this massive crowd, all around my car outside the hotel — all these Colombians giving me hell. My Twitter and Instagram blew up and I got called every name in the book. I got cussed out in Spanish so bad that I know profanity in Spanish now”, Harvey said.
Despite the major stuff up, he was still allowed to host the awards a year later and thankfully announced the right winner.
The accountants who gave Beatty and Dunaway the wrong envelope for Best Picture weren’t so lucky.
Cheryl Boone Isaacs, president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’, confirmed the PwC accountants Brian Cullinan and Martha Ruiz will never return to the Oscars.
