WEDNESDAY night’s episode of My Kitchen Rules saw father-daughter duo Robert and Lynzey Murphy absolutely smash it with their instant restaurant, topping the leaderboard with an impressive score of 90.
But, while the Texan cowboy has been stealing the spotlight so far with his slow-talkin’ drawl and handlebar moustache, it was his 23-year-old daughter who blew viewers away last night.
We’ve got to say it, not only is she smokin’ hot, but the girl can cook. So we were dying to know more about the dark-haired beauty promoted on MKR simply as an “athlete”.
And what do you know, the talented chef is also a personal trainer, with a workout video that would rival even Michelle Bridges’ best moves.
Trust us, you want to sit through the whole four minutes of this clip.
The video, uploaded to YouTube by FitBuds in October last year, shows the fitness fanatic’s incredible strength and enviable body while working up a sweat with a range of gruelling exercises. She even performs sit ups from a suspended boxing bag before hitting the outdoor gym and nailing a set of perfect chin-ups.
The whole thing is enough to make you want to step away from the computer, get to a gym and never leave. Ever.

The video description reads: “Lynzey holds the true fitBUDS spirit. She is not a professional athlete, just a true lover of the game, balancing perfectly her lifestyle between work, socialising and keeping strong, inside and out.
“Lynzey gets inspired by achieving her goals. The release of endorphins is what drives her to do something everyday. She does not compete in any fitness events, however is innately competitive within herself. This is what keeps her motivated. She thrives in seeing others achieve results and enjoys training with other like-minded enthusiasts.”

The down-to-earth duo from the Blue Mountains have emerged as early favourites since MKR returned to monster ratings on Monday night. Wednesday’s episode was the most-watched show of the evening with 1.69 million viewers.
The 62-year-old retired visual arts teacher, who relocated his family here with his Aussie wife 20 years ago, revealed it was his daughter who convinced him to sign up for the show.
“From the time Lynzey was two-years-old until right now, when your little girl looks up at you and says, ‘Daddy, will you do this with me,’ you say yes. It was her idea and I was just doing it for her. So I’m gonna dance with the one that brung me.”
One of his adorable one-liners about Lynzey so far was: “She’s as pretty as can be and cooks like her granny.”
Whether or not you’d catch Lynzey tucking into some of Wednesday night’s winning bourbon bread pudding — that’s a different story.
