Show hosts Julia Morris and Chris Brown are settling in to their South African base — luxury suites at a prestigious resort on the fringe of Kruger National Park.

While they get in the live television head space to bring the reality series into Australian homes five nights a week, the charismatic pair can relax with a cocktail by the infinity pool.

It’s just one of many luxuries afforded to the hosts — there’s also a day spa, gourmet restaurants and stunning savanna vistas to stare out on.
And it seems Morris and Brown are already making the most of their posh digs, taking to Instagram to share some enviable selfies.

By comparison, the 10 stars who will be dropped into the middle of the jungle on February 1 will battle with a basic camp, food rations, no hot water and zero creature comforts.

There will be plenty of creatures though. Baboons, rhinos, snakes, spiders and giant bugs are just some of the creepy crawlies who call the area home.
